The exhibition is created by the European University Institute of Florence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to mark the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome. The exhibition is dedicated to narrate the history and successes of the first 60 years of European integration. As part of the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome (1957-2017) around the world, the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute, Jakarta present the exhibition entitled “Ever closer union–The Legacy of the Treaties of Rome for Today’s Europe” from 12 June to 13 July 2017. After this period the exhibition will travel to the next destination.
