Cook to impress with Chef Matteo Meacci

Matteo Meacci, originally from Tuscany, has been working in the restaurant business for more than 15 years. He graduated in Environmental Sciences but his passion for cooking took him to another direction. Matteo Meacci attended Cooking School in Montecatini Terme and University of Florence specializing in Viticulture and Enology. Since then he never stopped to explore the world of cuisine by becoming chef in many restaurants in Italy. In 2011 he moved to Asia and started first in Indonesia then in Singapore and then back again in Indonesia. His career has been marking many important Italian restaurants not only in the capital but also in other cities.

As the Executive Chef of the restaurant “Ambiente” in Aryaduta Hotel, he relaunched the restaurant recently.

In the Cooking Class this time Chef Matteo will teach you how to prepare a sophisticated plate of pasta that will satisfy your palate in an easy way you’ve never imagined! Impress yourself and your guests with these menus:

– Ravioli with ricotta and spinach

– Pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage

– Gnocchi alla sorrentina with tomato and mozzarella cheese
