Rome. Davide is a shy and somewhat nerdy 13-year-old boy with a great passion for minerals. He lives with his mother Asia in the heart of the Esquilino neighborhood, where he spends his days with his friend Yang, trying to get away from the school bully, Nadir, and dreaming of winning Yasmin’s heart. Thanks to the arrival in his life of Martino – a washed-up actor who will teach him, in his own way, the art of Kung fu – he will regain his self-confidence and forge a deep friendship with him.
