IIC Jakarta IT job desk:
- Checking up to updating the operating system and applications used by staff.
- Ensure that every application used can run properly.
- Responsible for device support. Such as servers, printers, and others.
- Do some settings on the browser which is often used especially for Italian programs.
- Perform regular backups of all company data.
- Ensure that each computer used can communicate properly and is connected to the network system (Server).
- Repairing and checking problematic computer networks.
- Update and check the application or operating system used.
Technical Capability
- Internet network technical skills: know how to install and operate computer programs
- Technical support technical capabilities: maintain, manage, and fix errors in technology in the company.
Problem Solving Ability
Communication Skills (English language)
Proficiency in programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel
