This is the story of Laura, a young woman from Florence who, like so many dreamers of her generation, travels to the heart of Africa in search of an authentic life, far from the hypocrisies of the modern world. There she meets Laconi, a young Indonesian dressed like a prince, with piercing eyes that belong to the wild, and together they begin a journey that will change everything. Years later, their daughter Geia sets out to understand her origins, a journey of memory and reconciliation leading her back to her father’s world and an ancestral lineage said to descend from tigers. This is the true story of a woman who rediscovers her identity through her father and her past, a portrait of a generation that dreamed of changing the world.
