VIII Annual Edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World

“Dining with the Italian cuisine: well-being with taste”
The Italian Cultural Institute is proud to present the VIII edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (SCIM). In this year’s edition, the connection between the Mediterranean diet, synonymous with a healthy and high-quality diet, and well-being, understood as a correct and healthy lifestyle, will be emphasized. Such concepts will be highlighted in particular through the link between nutrition and sport.
In the week from 13 to 19 November 2023, a series of initiatives and activities will take place aimed at promoting Italian culinary traditions and distinctive food and wine knowledge of Italian identity and culture.
